What to wear for your session as a senior guy is probably one of the most popular questions I get asked! Happy to help!

Simple goes a long way. Busy designs, crazy patterns, and clothing with wording on it distracts from you. Simple, bold clothing choices are best.

Mixing up the type of outfits you bring helps give you more variety in your final gallery. Have a warm outfit, be dressy, wear something super casual, sports related, etc. Each outfit will look so different that it will give you a lot of variety to choose from.

Layers photograph really well. Think jackets, button up shirt over a t-shirt, etc. We can also take layers off for a different look. If layers aren’t your thing, maybe go for bolder styles & colors.

Choose one outfit to make mom and dad happy. This is usually a classic, timeless outfit that won’t be outdated in a few years. Think dress shirt, slacks, tie, etc. Keep in mind that it doesn’t have to be boring. Pick your favorites so that both you and your parents are happy!
