Marshall MN Senior \\ Piper

Marshall MN Senior, Piper decided that she wanted a sunrise session at Pipestone National Monument and it was absolutely monumental. (See what I did there?) In all honesty, Piper was absolutely breaktaking! Her and I walked the trail around the monument, stopping at all of these incredible spots along the path, getting the most gorgeous shots of her. We had the best time!

Piper was super excited to get some photos with the granite and those are my favorite. I love the contrast between the dusty pink color and Piper’s gorgeous black dress! So stunning!

Something I love about a senior sessions is how you can see through their photos that as the session goes on, they start to open up. They are more relaxed, have more fun with it and are enjoying their time. I think many people feel like pictures are awkward or can be stuffy. I like my seniors to just relax and have fun! If they feel awkward, I ask them to tell me. If I know how they are feeling, I do my best to make them feel comfortable. I want seniors sessions to feel like you are hanging out with a friend.

Piper, I cannot wait to see what adventures lie ahead in your life! Congratulations on all of your accomplishments. I know there are many more to come.
