Showcase Sports and Hobbies in Your Senior Photos

One of the best ways to show off what makes you unique is to showcase your hobbies or sports into your senior photos. Whether you’re an athlete or have a creative passion, your interests can help tell your story and make your photos feel more personal.

When it comes to including your hobby or sport, start by thinking about what’s most meaningful to you. Do you want to feature your basketball gear or your shooting sports equipment? Props like a basketball, rifle, or even a jersey can bring a sense of who you are into the photos. You can use these props in action shots or even in a more casual pose. For seniors like Chase from Deuel High School, incorporating hobbies into his session was an awesome way to highlight his passions. Chase loves basketball and shooting sports, so was something we made sure to capture. We brought his basketball into the shoot and took some shots with him holding it on the court. We also got creative by including his shooting sports gear in some outdoor shots. Both hobbies gave us a lot of fun opportunities to experiment with different poses and settings. It was the perfect way to highlight his interests in a natural, relaxed way.
